About Me
I believe that being a good teacher isn't just about knowing the subject — it's about understanding the student.
Traditional teaching methods have their place, but every child learns differently. Being closer in age to today's students allows me to understand the way they think, communicate and learn in today's academic environment.
As a prominent part of the JYEP program, I had the opportunity to learn how to build a personal connection with juniors and understand their individual needs. This experience taught me that a child learns best when they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and expressing themselves freely.
My approach is therefore simple: teach with patience, connect personally, and make learning enjoyable.
While teaching English to younger students, I aim to be more than just someone who explains a chapter. I want to create an environment where the child feels confident, understood and excited to learn.

About the Class
English shouldn't feel like a subject that a child has to memorize — it should feel like something they can enjoy and use.
My classes are designed for students of Classes 1–4, with a strong focus on building their fundamentals in Reading, Grammar and Prose. I try to keep lessons interactive and engaging rather than relying only on textbooks and written exercises.
Each class will focus on:
- Reading: Improving pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary and confidence while reading.
- ️ Grammar: Understanding concepts through simple explanations, examples and practice instead of just memorizing rules.
- Prose: Understanding stories, characters, meanings and important concepts so the child can explain them in their own words.
- Communication: Encouraging the child to speak, ask questions and express their thoughts without hesitation.
- Personalized learning: Adjusting the pace and teaching style according to the child's strengths and areas that need improvement.
The goal isn't just to help a child score better in English, but to make them comfortable, confident and genuinely interested in the language.
