About Marcus
My name's Marcus. I'm a 22 year old Classics student who wants to stay in Classics for the foreseeable future. I did great in the Leaving Cert, and great at Uni. I think I could pretty fairly be described as slightly eccentric, but if you are looking for someone with enthusiasm, appetite for the subject, and to boost your mark I'm your guy. There is genuinely nothing I love more than talking about this subject, so I reckon we'd would have fun tutoring, or at the very least I would.

For Languages I am happy to do Grammar grinds or guided reading depending on what is preferred. If the student has time and are willing I don't mind marking sentences and grammar exercises. For the Classical studies Leaving Cert I am happy to answer questions for a student who wants to catch up, but mainly I'd like to push further into points, arguments, and details about texts which would elevate any Leaving Cert essay. I think at least one session should be devoted to predicting the most likely candidates for future essay titles and honing in on details which would elevate those specifically.
