About Alice
I am currently teaching Latin, Greek and Classical Civilisation in a secondary school, having recently graduated with a Classics degree from the University of Oxford. Prior to teaching in a school, I have four years of experience tutoring students aged 6-18 in a variety of subjects.

A student must be interested in order to learn to the best of their ability, so I aim to make my lessons engaging, and maybe even fun! I will also want to chat to the student prior to the lesson to find out what it is that they really feel they need help with, so that I can tailor my lessons to their needs. Recap and revision are important, so before moving forwards with anything new I will also make sure that the student is clear on the basics.
