About Bridget
Hello! It’s a pleasure to meet you. I’ve been teaching English Language Arts for twenty years, working with students in grades 6–12 as well as adults preparing for the GED or TABE testing. I support learners in reading comprehension, writing (argumentative and informational), and a wide range of literary genres. I also provide clear, structured guidance in grammar to help students strengthen their communication skills.

We begin with a personal progress check-in and a targeted review of past skills. Next, we explore a core concept (like thesis structure or test strategies) through practical examples, engage in collaborative practice, and wrap up with clear goals for independent study.
