About Rich

I’ve always enjoyed English. I was an honor-roll student and took a creative writing elective at university out of genuine interest.

I’m a highly engaged reader (I read the final Harry Potter book in under 24 hours…proudly nerdy) and approach English as something to understand, not just memorize.

I’m patient, clear, and focused on building confidence and practical skills.

About the lesson

Each lesson is based on what the student is currently working on and where they’re getting stuck. I explain the concept clearly, guide practice, and review it until it clicks.

English is learned by doing — reading, writing, correcting, and repeating.

Lesson Steps
1) Review what the student is learning and where they’re stuck
2) Explain the concept clearly with examples
3) Guided practice together
4) Independent practice
5) Review, correct, and repeat until it clicks

What Sets Me Apart
I’m patient, clear, and good at explaining things in a way that actually makes sense.

Who Lessons Are For
