About Guillaume
I have the experience of coaching boxing theater hall associative theatrical company public garden as well as home since 10 years. My work focuses particularly on the displacement of the body (mobility) in balance. the technical support of sequences related to the sport discipline helps to apprehend the space with attention to solicit his muscles in a fun way.

the courses are for all people (adults or teenagers) who want to let off steam, or to learn a technique (that of boxing movements) and to test the balance of his body in his movement and mobility (variable speed of execution). the energy expenditure also varies according to the investment dose of each. the results are immediate. Boxing is a demanding sport but offers the opportunity to have fun almost instantly. as for the course of my lessons, they are rather simple insofar as they rest on the traditional base which consists in warming the body, softening the joints. then we move to balance on its supports (legs). it's about starting to spend your energy on your rhythm while moving. several phases-steps follow ... learning movements in flexibility, then sequences of movements and energy expenditure in mobility while executing sequences. all this is done in practice.

Perfect! Guillaume est un très bon professeur maitrisant plusieurs styles de boxe : anglaise, francaise, thailandaise...
Il cerne les objectifs de chacun, se montre à l'écoute, très exigeant et très pédagogue lors des entrainements.
Il fait travailler les points faibles avec de nombreux exercices. Il m'a fait découvrir sa passion pour la boxe.

Perfect! Guillaume est un professeur à l'écoute qui cerne de suite les attentes. Il est exigeant mais il n'y a que comme cela que l'on progresse. Coach qui donne confiance. Je le recommande. ;)

Perfect! Guillaume est un prof extra et très pedagogue, il est à l'écoute, très sympathique et surtout il fait attention et prends en compte nos faiblesse pour mieux nous faire progresser. Moi qui n'avais jamais fais de boxe auparavant j'ai découvert ce sport grâce à lui, et j'en suis plus que content, les cours sont physiques et tout en finesse, avec de la technique et du savoir ce qui m'a mené à progresser rapidement tout en y prenant plaisir.
