I completed my Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, where I helped run coding camps, robotics teams, and beginner programming clubs. With five years of online teaching experience, I’ve helped complete beginners and experienced young coders. Parents appreciate my structured lessons; students enjoy my friendly style and creative approach.

Programming can feel overwhelming at first, so I teach it in a calm, friendly way that makes the logic behind coding easy to understand. We begin with simple ideas—how computers interpret instructions—before moving into hands-on practice. Python becomes a comfortable first language, JavaScript becomes an introduction to interaction, SQL becomes a tool for data, Java builds structure, and MATLAB helps explain numerical and scientific logic.
Creative students love my video game programming lessons, where they create characters, movement, sounds, scoring systems, and simple animations. Whenever a student encounters an error, I help them patiently, explaining each step in a way that turns confusion into confidence.
Scheduling is flexible, allowing lessons to fit easily around school, sports, or family time.
