Methodology

I believe that education is something that should not necessarily just be "taught". My philosophy entails providing the tools for my students to be able to become better writers. My biggest accomplishment is always having a student that is self aware of his/her progress, thus able to correct their mistakes with minimal supervision.
I adapt my lessons to make them personal to each student, based on readiness level, and the type of learner that they are.
Depending on readiness level, I can be pretty hands on but ultimately aim to empower each student for the necessary tools for their success.
