About Cas
I received my Masters in English Education from Columbia University. I have worked with a range of ages in English and mathematic education. I’ve taught English in public schools, privately, internationally, and through library programs. I currently work as a Literacy Developer in the New York libraries.

As an experienced educator, I have been working with students on a range of topics for several years. I am experienced and certified in tutoring for elementary through high school English, writing, and mathematics as well as tutoring experience with ACT / SAT and the GED. I am passionate about teaching and have dedicated myself to staying up to date on educational practices and instructional techniques. When I discovered my passion of teaching, I fell in love with the spark of understanding in students, of the joy of sharing information, and the satisfaction of working to understand a new concept.
I earned my masters in Education from Columbia University and have years of experience teaching within classrooms and within tutoring. Additionally, I have been working with students for ACT / SAT (mathematics, reading comprehension, writing and language, and science) several years.
