About Adefonahanmi

Hello everyone, my name is Adefonahanmi, I'm a Nigerian and Christian. I enjoy teaching because I impact and gain more knowledge. My goal is to see my students improve in learning. I love to write, teach, read, research, meditate, and listen to inspirational music and messages. I am cheerful, adventurous, smart, funny and godly. I interact with my students in order to know them better and always dare to try new things. I hate distractions in class and failure to do assignments. For me, I believe I can always gain knowledge from my students as well, so when I give assignment, I expect my students to always do more above average, especially if it involves research and presentations. I'm expecting you to join me if you are interested.

About the lesson

I've taught English language for over 3 years now both in school and at home and I'm still teaching it. The focus of this lesson is speech presentation which is interwoven with public speaking. Are you a timid person, you have stage fright or one who wants to improve on his writing skills, you are welcome to this lesson. This lesson will be just for an hour on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday every week except stated otherwise. My class is interactive and challenging because I enjoy seeing my students improve. I utilize video recordings and different activities to enhance teaching. Assignment will be given at the end of each lesson. Tests may be given at the end of each lesson as well, so you will enjoy it. Methods employed are practicals, workshop, presentations. If you believe you need to know how to communicate with English language, you need more confidence delivering speech, then you may need to benefit from this lesson. Being a desirable communicator goes beyond speaking Queen's English, you must know how to address, impress and respect people with your speech. Whether you are a student that wants to learn about essay writing, or having problem with public speaking, you are all welcome here. Looking forward to working with you. Thanks!
