About Jules
I’ve been playing tennis for around 15 years and it has always been a big part of my life. I am very passionate about the sport and have competed for many years. I currently play for the Roosevelt University tennis team at the Division II level and have reached a UTR above 10.5.
In France, I have coached players of different levels, from beginners discovering the sport to competitive teenagers looking to improve their performance. These experiences helped me develop a strong understanding of how to adapt coaching to each player.
I am currently based in Chicago, mostly around downtown and the central areas where I play and train regularly, but I am also flexible and can travel depending on the player’s location.
My goal as a coach is to share my passion for tennis while helping players improve in a structured, positive, and motivating environment.

My lessons are personalized based on each player’s level, goals, and experience. I coach beginners learning the fundamentals, intermediate players looking for more consistency, and competitive players who want to improve their match performance. Match follow-up and tournament coaching are also possible, and I can travel to watch players compete and give feedback.
My coaching approach is strongly influenced by the European style of tennis, with a strong focus on technique, repetition, and solid fundamentals. I like to use basket drills and repetition to build reliable strokes, while keeping sessions dynamic and enjoyable.
During a typical lesson, we work on strokes, footwork, serve, and consistency through technical drills and live situations. I quickly identify the key areas a player needs to improve and structure the session to create clear and visible progress.
My goal is not only to help players hit better shots, but to help them become more confident and smarter players on the court while enjoying the process of improving.
