About Maryam
I am a dedicated and passionate tutor currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science. Teaching has been a meaningful part of my journey for the past 6 years, and I genuinely enjoy helping students grow academically and personally.
I chose to teach because I believe the right guidance can completely change a student’s confidence and performance. I have seen students move from confusion and frustration to clarity and confidence, and that transformation is what motivates me to continue tutoring.

My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s learning style. I begin by understanding the student’s current level, strengths, and areas that need improvement. Based on this, I create a clear lesson plan focused on building strong fundamentals first, then gradually progressing to more advanced concepts.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes. Each session includes concept explanation, guided practice, and a short revision to reinforce understanding. I also provide homework support and exam preparation when needed.
I am a Computer Science undergraduate with 6 years of tutoring experience, teaching students from preschool through high school. My lessons are suitable for primary students needing support in core subjects and high school learners studying Computer Science.
My goal is not just to complete the syllabus or temporarily improve grades, but to help students truly understand what they are learning and build long-term confidence and knowledge that lasts even after school.
