About Raquel
I am computer systems engineering graduate, I’ve been giving tutoring classes since the past year, and working with kids is my favourite thing to do! I have taught subjects such as computer game design using construct 3 & Java green foot, as well as python, scratch for machine learning and microbit.

I am someone very understanding and easy going, therefore I don’t believe in being overly strict in my classes - as I believe that fear is not the same as trust and respect. I like to make my students feel they’re in a safe, non judgemental environment as that’s the best way people can learn. I like to use a lot of icebreakers, kahoots, and games to take out the routine of learning so students remain engaged. As well as giving a 10 minute break every hour or so!
