About Jason
Hi, my name is Jason Williams and I'm an English teacher from Denver, Colorado. I was born in the United States, and I now live in Guatemala.
I received my internationally recognized TESOL teaching certification from a college in Toronto, Canada. I've been teaching English for almost five years now, and I really like it a lot. I love meeting new people. And, I love learning new things about different cultures. But most importantly, as a tutor, I enjoy helping people-- to set goals, and reach those goals. Learning a new language is a big project. It takes a lot of practice, just like learning to play either a sport or musical instrument. Anything you want to get better at requires practice. But if you make the effort to exercise, and especially with a coach, you get maximum results. So-- whether you want to practice grammar or vocabulary, or if you're ready to improve in speaking, understanding, reading, or writing, in English, then I'd really like to meet you soon.
