I am a second year graduate student studying for my Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Syracuse University, with a concentration in Poetry. I am also the Nonfiction editor and Co-Poetry editor for Salt Hill Journal, a literary magazine. I have been teaching for two years.

Teaching writing is my passion, so I promise you will have fun learning and practicing writing skills with my lessons. I really try to be kind and caring with my lesson plans, so if writing isn't your strong suit, you can rest easy with my help! I like to start by breaking down the basics of writing, and moving toward advancing your skills with your personal needs. I specialize in teaching academic writing (college papers/essays) and creative writing (nonfiction and poetry) from high school to college age.
