About Hannah
I am an English major university student, who is also passionate about and well educated in Spanish and Linguistics. I graduated the International Baccalaureate program in high school, and have tutored all ages in a variety of subjects. Beginning six years ago, I started tutoring other high school students through opportunities presented to me in the IB program. I largely specialized in tutoring students in English, Literature, Spanish, History, and Art. After two years of focusing on high school students I began tutoring off campus as well, for a local tutoring organization. There I was able to teach multiple pupils at a time, ages 8-18. I have worked in all subjects and with students who are both neurotypical and atypical.

I base my lessons on conversations with my pupils, and often their teachers and parents as well, regarding their individual learning style. I believe information is best absorbed when taught in the student's personal learning style and tailored to the individual, instead of being generalized to a mass of students. I myself am a very hands on and visual learner, so I often include those elements in my lessons.
