About Caschai
Hello, my name is Caschai and I am here to help! I have worked with and tutored kids for a many years in different settings. I have experience in working in a class room setting as an instructional aide at a middle school, and also as a pre-algebra instructor for a Saturday enrichment program. I have experience in working at a tutoring center, where the session is done on a more one on one basis and also experience as a private tutor, where I come to you and your child can feel more comfortable in their own setting to receive assistance. I have worked with kids from 4th-10th grade, specializing in English (grammar, essay format/writing, etc) and Math (common core, pre-algebra, algebra I, geometry). Although I specialize in those topics, I'm a pretty well rounded tutor and can assist in many other subjects (Beginner Spanish, Vocabulary, Biology, etc), just ask. I enjoy working with children and I believe it has shown through the kids work, where their grades have improved, they passed their school entrance exams, or even where they are just ahead of the class.

Through my method of teaching I try to be interactive with the students to keep them interested. In addition to showing and explaining, I like to stop and make sure my students understand what is going on. I sometimes have them explain to me what steps should be done to come to the solution. I also may give them extra examples through out teaching a lesson to make sure everyone is comfortable and fully understands the material.
