About Jake
I am a University student studying a broad range of History, from modern Africa to ancient China. I have over a year of tutoring experience, and am happy to mould the sessions at your preference. Sessions are relaxed, and I try to maintain a conversation to keep things engaging. I know how tiring school can be, and the last thing I wanted after school was another formal lesson. I try to bear this in mind as much as possible, and focus on supplementing your learning in an easy-going fashion.

Have 1 and a half years tutoring experience. Mostly 1 or 2 hour lessons for GCSE history.
I try to keep a relaxed atmosphere with an engaging back and forth on the topic the student wants to study. I understand the pressures of school, and so I try and keep it as little like a formal lesson, and as much like a conversation as possible to stimulate participation.
I am more than happy to tutor GCSE or A-Level students.
