About Tara
I am a ex professional dancer, with First Class BA Hons degree in dance studies with education. I am also a qualified fitness and personal trainer, specialising in dance injury and technique. I am a qualified NLP mindset coach, helping to improve motivation, habit change and personal growth. Helping to build passionate stronger dancers less prone to injury.
I am a strong dancer, dancing professionally since the age of 7. I have performed as a young performer with the likes of English Youth Ballet, English National Ballet and many many more as I progressed through my career.
I gone on to study the body and most importantly how to prevent injury whilst building a solid foundation for young inspiring dancers. I am hugely passionate about reducing stress and pressure on young performers and help them to maintain enjoyment and the love of dance whilst succeeding in examinations and auditions.
I work with students on a variety of different subjects, wether physical or mental. I am flexible, patient and have a great sense of humour. We fall in love with dance because it makes us smile, I am here to ensure you are getting the most out of your studies and are always smiling along the way.

I work individually with students to help improve posture and dance technique, giving them a stronger foundation for examinations and auditions. I work across all dance styles in alignment and building confidence and mental strength as well as physical for upcoming challenges within their dance practice.
I work with students one to one or as part of smaller groups to ensure dedicated support. I am patient and fully supportive and as a previous professional dancer from the age of 7 I know first hand the pressures and how best to channel those to success but most importantly enjoyment through dance practice.
