About Ashmika
* My expertise as a dance educator is proven to be effective through CBSE and IB board academic schools in India as I have international, formal dance qualifications that cover syllabi meant to be taught at the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and Imperial Society for Teachers of Dance (ISTD) which are global and state of the art dance education institutes.
* I impart dance fitness through conditioning, strengthening and rehabilitation to predict, prevent and recover from dance-based injuries through a module titled "Dance Medicine." I also impart undiluted and non-commercialized fundamentals and foundational techniques without having to focus on social media outreach.
* My previous work experience at Shiamak Davar International and educational qualifications in Dance from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts in the United Kingdom enables me to plan dance curriculum for various age groups which is style specific.

Structured, professional and technical sessions offered in dance forms such as
* Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Commercial, Musical Theatre Integration, Kathak and Bollywood.
* These sessions are scheduled for age groups four to seventy.
* I have structured these sessions through my training background from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and Shiamak Davar International as my previous working experience.
* I have sixteen years of teaching experience as a dance educator and follow British Curriculum for imparting it. Hence, my sessions even when style-specific, have a disciplined flow where fundamentals and foundational techniques are covered undiluted and non-commercialized.
* They consist of introducing basics of a dance form, followed by a cardio-vascular enhancement warm up which consists of isolations, drills, grooves, HIIT variations and stretches. This is then followed by a style-specific foundational techniques and dance based-conditioning. It then flows into a style-specific dance routine which concludes with a cool-down.
