About Madison
I am an 11th grade student currently attending Chatsworth Charter High School. Since a young age, I have always been fascinated with math and had the best teachers supporting my success. During my Freshman year of high school, I took a Geometry course, and took an advanced Algebra/ Precalculus course my Sophomore year. Now, I am studying Calculus.

My lessons will be directed toward any student having a hard time grasping the concepts of basic math and Algebra. I approach my lessons by first identifying where the point of struggle is and help guide them through practice problems and examples until they are able to themselves. Walking someone through a concept and explaining WHY each method was used is a very effective strategy that I like to use. Once you understand the 'why', it is easier to apply the many methods on their own. Practice makes perfect.
