Tell me what part of English you want to learn about, and let's talk. I find talking about past or imaginary experiences using English can challenge us to use the correct language at the correct times. Hearing lighthearted corrections in situations that are actually relevant to your story, in americanized English, is probably what you're looking for. I've dated several people who do not speak English as a first language, and helped those people find words and expressions that previously eluded them.
