About Tom
You don't have to fit into the mould to be successful. I've never fit into the stereotypes and that's left me with low self-esteem and feeling outcast. I've worked hard to get to where I am, against the odds and I take great satisfaction in empowering others to do the same at every opportunity. There is a dire need for big upheaval across many institutions all over the world. The change begins in how we treat ourselves and each other. I keep things real. I look to connect with the humanity in all of us. Your hopes, dreams, fears and struggles are real. When we hold them up to the light of day, we liberate ourselves that bit more so that we can reach our full potential. We are social creatures. We need each other. Our sense of community has been crumbling, but we can regenerate it when we make a fearless endeavour for connection our top priority. That's me.
