About Florence
I graduated from Guildhall School of Music & Drama in 2014 and have been working for the last nine years across theatre, film and television. As well as having trained at Guildhall, I also work on the audition panel, so I have insight into what schools are generally looking for. I love working closely one-on-one with actors, moving together towards a place where they feel able to show their best selves in a room and share their most grounded and centred work. I particularly focus on accessing the truth of a text, helping the actor reach a place of focus, believability and connection. I endeavour to foster a safe space where the actor can feel confident making risks and - sometimes - failing, so that they are the readiest they can be when it comes to the day.

When I auditioned for drama school, I remember having absolutely no idea where to begin. Our sessions will be focused on giving you the best preparation possible for any drama school audition, whether it be choosing your speeches, detailed work on those speeches, exercises to reduce nerves, breath and voice work, or mock interviews so you can be the best version of yourself in the room. Most importantly, the sessions will be completely tailored to you and your needs.
