About Aoife
I have both been tutoring drama school applicants and teaching drama at a primary school for over two years. I have extensive experience with LAMDA examinations and have achieved distinction at Gold Award Level (grade 8) in Acting, Devised, and Reading for Performance. I am at drama school myself and have attended both NYT and YMTUK so have experience in the field of youth dramatics!

Tutoring is an individual practice. It's great because it means that to every student I teach I will bring a different approach to the session depending on their needs. However, there are some key principles I will always stick to.
No matter the level of student I will always be invested in their progress. Initially I would hope to outline around 3 main goals that you wish to achieve. Over the course of our session(s) I will consistently check in on the development of those objectives.
My lessons will always be interactive, I aim to be as engaging as possible!
And finally I am relaxed. Providing a stress free and non judgemental or confrontational environment for students in very important to me. I learn best when I am happy and comfortable. I never want my students to feel under pressure when they are being tutored by me! It garners better results and leads to a happier student (and a happier tutor!)
