I previously worked as a journalist in the Netherlands, where language was at the heart of everything I did. This means I can help you not only learn Dutch, but also understand how it is really used in everyday life, media, and professional contexts.

My experience living and working across countries allows me to:

Hello! I’m a bilingual Dutch–English teacher with a unique international background. I was born in the UK, grew up in the Netherlands, and now live in Lancaster, which means I understand both languages and cultures deeply.

I offer personalised Dutch lessons for learners at all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to improve your fluency.

I help students feel confident using Dutch in real situations.
