About Patrick
Born and raised in Chicago and I have a passion for numbers, hence accounting, finance, and data analytics degrees.
After graduating, I worked for a Turnaround consulting, where we would wind-down companies or file them for bankruptcy. It was not an environment for me. This lead me to data analytics, which I believe is the future (in terms of job growth).
I believe my professional and educational background sets me apart due to the unique combination of accounting, finance, and data analytics.
I know I will be an asset to students who want to learn.

My main goal is to further your knowledge. I understand students learn differently. My approach is gain an understanding of the student's knowledge on the given subject, and then create a lesson plan accordingly. I learn by doing and am somewhat of a visual learner.
I tutored in both finance and accounting when I was DePaul and graduated magna cum lude. I worked for a turnaround consulting firm after graduation. I then invested in a data science/analytics boot camp and Northwester University in Evanston where I learned to code python, JavaScript, SQL, as well as visualizations based on data!
My deep understanding of accounting and finance, couple with data analytics is what I believe what sets me apart from others.
The lessons I teach are mainly accounting, finance, data analytics, data science, and some mathematics.
