I'm a former CPS Reading Math and Iibrary teacher (Elem IL teaching certificate) and over 15 years part time Reading Math and Witing Tutor. I tutored No child Left behind for 5 years and 10 years with WyzAnt Tutors with a 4.7 of 5 stars Satisfaction rating.

Ability to: Assess subject skills deficiencies, develop custom progress strategies
to close learning gaps, with hourly progress sheets, using sequential subject
skills materials and (optional) correlated interactive touch tablet software.
On-goig Communication with parent about on-going progress or other concerns.
Post-tests to measure specific student progress, until the student achieves his/her academic improvement goal(s) via post-tests.
I taught Reading and Math skilks at Carver primary and Library-media at
George Leland Elementary, employing creative writing techniques. And
I tutored Reading, and Writing skills in 2 CPS schools while working
through Firman Community Services (No Child Left Behind) in low-income
Chicago neighborhoods.
For over 10 years I tutored with WyzAnt Tutors (in-home, Library settings)
Reading,Writing and Math (1-5th grade levels) with a 4.7 of 5 satisfactory rating.
Generally, I used Spectrum Reading, Math and Kelly Wingate Grammar, writing
material and other effective supplemental worksheets and training I received
from Chicago State University Eementary Education.
I have a strong work ethic and always give my best and thoughtful planning in preparing my custom lessons and delivering each tutoring session, and to adapt to differing learning styles per student.
