About Bailey
I have a degree in psychology and then decided I was passionate about teaching and got my alternative teaching license immediately. I have taught secondary physical education and ELA for 4 years. This most recent school year, I taught inclusion ELA which taught me a lot about IEPs, scaffolding, and active learning.

My teaching method is gamification and active engagement for better understanding and retention. I incorporate lessons and topics that students are struggling with into fun hands on games that encourage students to apply themselves and understand the information that they are learning better.
I am most experienced with grade levels 4-8th but also am comfortable with 9th grade and have experience with both.
