About Dan
Hi my name is dan. Music and playing guitar is my passion. Ive been playing for 17years now and have passed my level 1-6 exams for electric guitar. I was taught how to play the correct way, how to read and write songs and i love passing on the knowledge. Weather the style you want to learn is classical to heavy metel i can help. Im happy to teach anyone who is keen to learn. Beginner's, intermediate and advanced players all welcome. I like to make learning fun and enjoyable for everyone. Ive been teaching for 7years now, all the amazing people i have taught have progressed very quickly.
I like to be an optimistic and rewarding teacher, keeping positive for the student so they can have a positive attitude for the guitar. I teach for one hour or half an hour. I also like to get students confident from the get go and I pursue them to perform in front of their family/friends as soon as they can.
As well as making sure they feel they have accomplished something, I want to have enjoyed that experience, making them want to practice at home and become a fantastic player.
I also make sure students are taught the correct technique from the beginning to avoid complications later on.
