About Mary Beth
I received my Bachelor’s in Education degree with a 4.0 GPA in 2008. I have been teaching elementary English in a private/individual setting since 2014, and am currently teaching in a teacher’s aide position at a private school that often requires me to provide one-on-one tutoring for students who need additional assistance in understanding a particular concept.

I believe having a good foundation in the basics of English is an important step in moving toward later achievement and overall success.
A solid basis in understanding the differing functions of the 8 parts of speech and their correct forms and uses, as well as verb tenses, is invaluable as a solid stepping stone on the path to clear and correct communication and writing skills as education proceeds.
