About Malibongwe

Hello everyone, my name is Malibongwe Khoza, and I'm thrilled to be your English teacher. I've always been passionate about languages and cultures, and I believe that English is a powerful tool for communication and connection. I'm interested in teaching because I want to help others unlock their potential and achieve their goals. About the lesson

Objectives:* - Students will understand and apply basic grammar rules - Students will improve spelling skills - Students will practice correct pronunciation - Students will enhance reading comprehension *Lesson Plan:* 1. *Warm-up (5 minutes)* - Introduce a short text or passage related to a current event or students' interests - Ask students to read it aloud and discuss as a class 2. *Grammar (20 minutes)* - Focus on a specific grammar topic (e.g., verb tenses, clauses) - Explain rules and provide examples - Have students complete exercises or worksheets 3. *Spelling (15 minutes)* - Introduce new vocabulary words - Have students practice spelling words aloud and in writing - Use games or activities to reinforce learning 4. *Pronunciation (15 minutes)* - Focus on specific sounds or word stress patterns - Model correct pronunciation and have students repeat - Use audio or video resources for practice 5. *Reading (20 minutes)* - Provide a reading passage or text - Ask comprehension questions and discuss as a class - Have students read aloud and provide feedback 6. *Conclusion (5 minutes)* - Review key takeaways from the lesson - Assign homework or provide additional practice resources *Assessment:* - Observe students during activities - Collect worksheets or exercises - Provide feedback and adjust lesson plan as needed
