About Rebecca
A former university lecturer with a PhD in English Literature and History I have 3 years' teaching experience and hold multiple degrees. I have experience of supervising students at Dissertation level, setting and marking assignments, of tutoring in English, English Literature and History and of helping students prepare for exams and complete university applications.
These days I live in South London and work for a housing and homelessness charity. Tutoring is a way to do what I'm passionate about and earn some extra income.

My teaching method is student led. I listen to what the student wants and needs from the session and help them develop tools to improve. Although I have given lectures, I prefer having dialogue with my students to improve their confidence, going through their work together.
