About Sophia

I am an English and Latin high school teacher with a BA in both English and Latin, and I have taught multiple English and Latin classes to students K-12. Additionally, I have six years of experience tutoring humanities subjects, and I have been studying English and Latin literature for sixteen years.

About the lesson

I believe that teachers should teach students, not subjects. For that reason, all of my lessons are tailored to the student I am instructing. I assess my students' competencies and needs as I go, and I employ a hands-on, engaging teaching style.
