About Astral
My name is Astral. I am 25 years old and I am a fully qualified English teacher at a secondary school. I graduated from Bangor University with a 2:1 in Creative Writing and Media Communications and I then went on to study a PGCE in Secondary English at Roehampton University.
I want to support my tutees to achieve their best and I value building strong relationships with my students to fully understand their strengths and weaknesses in the subject and to set personalised goals.

I am an English language and literature teacher working at a secondary school in Leicester. Before this I was an English and Media teacher at various secondary schools in London. In total, I have four years of classroom teaching experience.
I teach both English literature and language a GCSE level and I have a particularly good understanding of the AQA specification.
My lessons will typically be an hour long and I aim to support students based on their individual needs, with the aim of building confidence and a love of the subject.
