Hello everyone, I am an English Language Arts teacher who is here to help you with all things English. I have worked with students from all around the world and of all ages. My vast breadth of experience has taught me how to best individualize each lesson plan and learning journey. I believe we learn best when we are having fun and can find passion in the subject. I use an interactive, student-centered approach that blends close reading, creative writing, and real-world applications to make every lesson engaging and effective. A typical session begins with a brief warm-up discussion of a thought-provoking text, followed by targeted skills practice—whether dissecting persuasive techniques in an op-ed or crafting vivid descriptive passages—and concludes with personalized feedback and goal-setting for the next class. What sets me apart is my adaptive use of multimedia resources (podcasts, short films, interactive annotations) and my commitment to celebrating each student’s unique voice, ensuring lessons never feel one-size-fits-all.
