About Yvana
With a BA in Trilingual Studies Applied to Translation and over 4 years experience in English tutoring and book editing, I am rather good at communicating, encouraging and transmitting knowledge to my learners in the most comfortable environments without invading their space. Sure, working for a long period of time with a particular learner permits trust, but I believe this is built on the first rapport to make sure objectives are attained at the end of a course.

I'm Yvana and I'm an English tutor with a passion to help learners not just learn but love the language. I believe that the best way to master a language is through a hands-on, creative approach. So, my tutoring is all about making learning captivating and comfortable using simple materials from videos to books, and even educational games to make complex topics simple and fun. After all, you can't learn a language if you find it boring.
