About Sarah
I have been working as a peer tutor since 2003. I have experience with students of all grade levels, so I am confident that I can assist any student achieve their goals. I am friendly and goal oriented, so your student's subject understanding will be my priority.
A bit about me... I am a book worm, a board game fanatic, and a Disneyphile. Most days you can find me spending time with my family and with my Miniature American Shepherd named Mackenzie. During the fall weekends, you'll find me cheering on my UCF Knights' football team, as I bleed black and gold. Go Knights! Charge on!

In high school, I was in the International Baccalaureate program, which was very writing intensive. From there, I received my Bachelors of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Central Florida in 2007. I have been consulting professionally and tutoring in various academic areas since 2003. I have experience in a variety of areas that come from my time working as a writing consultant for the University of Central Florida's (UCF) University Writing Center, UCF's Associate VP (creating content and editing content for a number of areas, such as, Emergency Management and University policies and procedures; interdepartmental and intercampus memos; documents required to meet FEMA, Homeland Security, Board of Trustees, Board of Governors, and State of Florida document regulations and standards), and for private clients. I have experience in creative, technical, and academic writing styles, and familiarity with most documentation styles.
