English Literature Graduate specialising in essay writing and novel analysis, currently working in a Correspondence department for a FTSE100 Financial Services company. I currently training all incoming employees on the grammar, tone and formatting of the letters and emails we write, and my patience and passion for learning has developed many knowledgeable and confident new members of staff.
