About Anupriya

Hello! I’m Anupriya, an English Literature graduate and a passionate educator with over 3 years of teaching experience. I’ve had the privilege of teaching students of different age groups, from young learners taking their first steps in English to secondary students preparing for exams and adults aiming to improve fluency and confidence. Teaching English isn’t just my profession, it’s something I truly enjoy. I believe language has the power to open doors, build confidence, and shape opportunities, and I’m committed to helping every student experience that transformation. Why Learn with Me? I have a strong academic foundation in English literature and communication. I bring a structured yet flexible style of teaching based on each learner’s pace and goals. My students describe me as patient, encouraging, and easy to talk to, which makes learning stress-free and enjoyable. Every lesson is designed to build real confidence, not just theoretical knowledge. What You Can Expect With me, you’ll not only improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing, but also develop the confidence to use English in real-life situations. Whether you're a beginner or already fluent and aiming higher, I will guide you with clarity, consistency, and care. My classroom environment is supportive, friendly, and judgment-free. A place where mistakes are seen as stepping stones, not setbacks. My Teaching Strengths 1. Professional communication 2. Consistency and planning 3. Strong command over spoken and written English 4. Confidence-building approach 5. Clear, organized teaching methods My Commitment Your growth matters and I take it seriously. I ensure regular progress, honest feedback, and personalized strategies so you can feel the improvement in every class. If you're looking for a teacher who is professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in your learning, I’d be happy to be part of your English journey.

About the lesson

My Approach as a Teacher

I believe English should be experienced, not memorized.
As a tutor, I focus on creating a learning space where students feel confident to speak, make mistakes, learn, and grow. My teaching style is interactive, student-centered, and designed to build real-life communication skills.

Teaching Techniques & Methods

Activity-based Learning: roleplays, storytelling, debates, real-life conversation practice

Phonics & Pronunciation Training: to improve clarity, fluency, and speech confidence

Visual & Contextual Learning: charts, videos, vocabulary games, and examples from daily life

Progressive Skill Building: grammar ➝ vocabulary ➝ reading ➝ writing ➝ speaking

Personalized Lessons: based on the student’s level, pace, and goals

Feedback-based Growth: constructive corrections with positive reinforcement

No dull drills — learning is meaningful, practical, and enjoyable.

How a Typical Class Looks:

Warm-up Activity → conversation or vocabulary recall

Core Lesson → grammar, reading, speaking or writing focus

Practice Task → interactive exercise, role-play, worksheet or storytelling

Correction + Guidance → supportive feedback with notes

Short Assignment (optional) → to strengthen learning outside class

Every session ends with a clear takeaway so progress feels visible and motivating.

What Makes Me Different as a Teacher

Patient, friendly and approachable teaching style
Practical focus, not just theory
Confidence-building exercises for shy speakers
Adaptable lessons for different learning speeds
Real-world usage instead of textbook-only English
Support beyond class: worksheets, speaking prompts & learning tips

Students learn to think in English, not translate it.

School children (Any medium)
College students
Beginner to advanced learners
Working professionals
