About Sage
My name is Sage, and I graduated summa cum laude with my B.Sc. in Communication from NAU in 2021. In May 2023, I will graduate again from NAU, this time with my M.A. in English Literature. I hold a 4.0 GPA, am the current secretary for Sigma Tau Delta (an English Honor society), and have seen how literacy skills impact one's entire life. As a homeschooling mother, I know how to teach in an engaging, compassionate manner.

I homeschool my son, and I know that there are many ways to approach a single topic - so let's collaborate and find what works best for you!
Our first session will go over your goals and the material you're working from, and then I will create a plan of attack based on how many times you want to meet. You will review & we'll make any changes, then hit the books. :)
Having a positive attitude and good sense of humor is key in gaining mastery over any subject, and English is no different. I can work with ages from 6 to 18+, adapting for learning styles and personalities.
My goal is for you to enjoy our time together, and for that to infuse your learning with a sense of wonder. Can't wait to meet you!
