About Madelynn
I am a 23 year old undergraduate student at McGill University, doing an Honours History degree with a double minor in Indigenous Studies and English Literature. I have always had a passion for teaching, and I spent many years teaching violin to students from ages 5 to 85! My eventual goal is to complete my Masters Degree in Education and to become a high school teacher in Social Sciences, so I am very serious about getting more experience in education through tutoring. I really believe that there is no singular approach that will work for every student, because everyone learns differently, at different paces. The starting place, regardless of subject, is the student's current level of comprehension and any potential topics of confusion. From there, I will develop lesson plans and general goals based on the student's needs and learning style!
