English Major College Student: Helping Kids Find The Learner and Creator Inside

Methodology

I am a college student, English major. Through English, I found the importance of the power of voice. I give lessons to kids from kindergarten to eighth grade, using a self-learning technique that allows them to relate their own personal interests to the subject, giving them the freedom to use their mind to explore, expand, and develop their own ideas.

Background

I have been giving lessons for about three years now, teaching seven different students in my community, all from diverse backgrounds. All of the students I have taught went on to develop a personal relationship with not only English, but school in general, leading them to excel higher in their academics.

Rates

Transportation Fee : $6

Rate for online lessons : $20/h

Rate for 5 hours of lessons : $90

Rate for 10 hours of lessons : $175
