About Alex
I graduated from MSU in 2011 with my degree in Special Education and a teaching major of Language Arts.
Since then, I've been a Read to Succeed Tutor and have worked as an elementary school teacher with grades 1 and 3/4, and as a special education teacher with grades 2-8.
From 2011-2017, I prepared high school and undergraduate students to improve their English and ace their college admissions exams.
I've also served as a tutor for high-profile clientele looking to improve their English for the workplace.
Most recently, I've been working part time with a tutoring organization in South Bend, IN, which utilizes Linda Mood Bell's Seeing Stars approach.

I customize every lesson and session as able, and it's important to me that every client walks away with a sense of accomplishment.
I am able to engage not only native English speakers, but non-native speakers as well, to learn this crazy language and become more fluent readers.
