About Bailey

I'm a recent graduate of MacEwan University. While I was there, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I also earned an Early Learning and Child Care certificate. Prior to that, I worked in child care for 10 years. I also currently volunteer for the Kids Help Phone Crisis Text Line.

About the lesson

I try to help students understand and appreciate the material they are studying in their own way. Without simply providing the answers, I guide students in figuring out the answers for themselves and gaining the skills needed to excel in the future. I create curated lesson plans based on your or your child's current assignments and what needs improvement. I make things fun by including games and utilizing material that is interesting to you or your child specifically. I can also help with assignments, writing essays, editing, reviewing material for exams, and other school-related projects. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree, two years of tutoring experience, and 13 years of experience in the field of education. My lessons currently take place over Zoom or in-person for Edmontonians. Clients outside Edmonton will remain online.

Perfect! She comes prepared for the lesson, has contacted my son’s teachers for info into how she can best help him. Works well with his ADHD behaviours allowing him to be him while learning. She also works with my daughter in university and has now given her the confidence to become part of class discussion. Would highly recommend her.
