About Leila
I am a professional tutor with experience tutoring my peers in high school. I take great care to provide explanations to students in ways they can understand and apply when needed. I consider myself friendly and approachable while keeping a professional distance.

- I like to model my teaching method around students. I will often ask them to send me what they would like to learn before the lesson as well as what they are struggling with. From there, I find practice problems, work on an explanation, and guide them through solving the problems until they feel confident enough to solve them on their own.
- My typical lesson plan is structured practice where I model how to interpret and solve a question. Then I ask the student to practice with me. We go over the practice until they feel confident.
- I am a tutor who can relate to the experiences of students as a recently graduated high school student. As an experience English tutor, I am able to provide structured lessons.
- My lessons are for highschool students taking English 1-4 looking for exam guidance.
