About Manoela

With over 10 years of experience teaching English as a second language, I have had the privilege of helping countless students improve their language skills and succeed academically. Throughout my career, I have explored and implemented various teaching methods, ensuring that I use the most effective approach for each student's individual needs. This flexibility has allowed me to adapt to the diverse learning styles of my students, from beginners to advanced learners, and to tailor my lessons to meet their unique challenges. In addition to my teaching experience, I worked as an analyst, providing training and support for over 100 schools within a specific franchise. This role gave me the opportunity to not only teach but also to mentor and guide other educators, ensuring that teaching standards were maintained and that students received consistent, high-quality instruction. Through this work, I gained a deeper understanding of the importance of supporting teachers and schools in fostering an environment where students can thrive. I am also post-graduated in Neurolearning, which has greatly enhanced my ability to understand the cognitive processes involved in language acquisition. This knowledge allows me to apply the most up-to-date and research-backed techniques in my lessons, ensuring that my students learn efficiently and effectively. As a pedagogical coordinator, I took on the responsibility of overseeing the academic progress of students and ensuring that all learners were receiving the support they needed. I worked closely with teachers to ensure that the curriculum was being implemented correctly and that each student’s individual needs were being met. This role allowed me to have a broader perspective on education, focusing not only on language learning but also on the overall well-being and academic success of students. Overall, my experience in both teaching and educational coordination has allowed me to develop a holistic approach to language learning. I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential and committed to providing a learning environment where every student can succeed.
