About Daniella

I have worked as both a secondary school English teacher and 1-to-1 tutor for the past four years, supporting students from a range of backgrounds, needs, and abilities. I pride myself on creating a calm, supportive, and informative learning environment. I have experience teaching Key Stage 3 as well as GCSE English Literature and English Language across the AQA exam board, supporting students in developing both analytical and written communication skills. I help students develop the skills and confidence needed to learn effectively and make meaningful progress wherever possible.

About the lesson

I hold an undergraduate degree in English from University of Southampton and a PGCE in Secondary English from UCL Institute of Education. I teach students aged 11–16 using practical, approachable methods in a calm and supportive learning environment. I have spent the last four years working in a successful inner London secondary school, teaching English to a wide range of learners aged 11–16 and supporting students across different abilities
