Lessons must be canceled 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Lessons that are canceled less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to partial or entire fees (depending on circumstances). Lessons may be rescheduled 3-48 hours in advance for a $5 fee.
All lesson changes made 48+ hours in advance of the appointment time are exempt to any of the above monetary policies.
