About Courtney
I am passionate about making every student feel valued and cared for. Learning is life-long and school is just a small portion of that journey. I make learning English and the "boring stuff" seem less boring and worthwhile learning. I love helping students discover how to make the course their own and build their confidence when facing anxiety-inducing assessments or examinations. I have been tutoring for over 20 years and teaching for over 10. I have had a lot of success in my methods as I find a way that works for each and every student I tutor.

I work with students one on one to discover their strengths in the subject and then make targeted lessons that help them bridge the gap with the areas they struggle with. I am a successful HSC teacher who has repeatedly had students achieve the highest levels in Advanced and Standard English course. Currently, I offer 1 hour online tutoring sessions with extra feedback opportunities (at no extra cost) in the lead-up to assessments and exams. I cater to all students in Years 7 -12 who want to maximise their results in English.
